Delivery Information
Free standard delivery (3-5 days) is currently available if you spend £50 or more* in a single transaction and your order weighs less than 25kg. If the order weighs more than 25kg then the free value £4.99 will be deducted from the standard delivery charge for that weight level.
* Free Delivery value is calculated on the net value of your order, after vouchers and discounts have been taken into account.
If you require next day delivery or if your order weighs more than 25kg then the normal delivery charges apply.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AND TERMS
Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £4.99 per order up to 25kg*
Next Working Day Delivery - £6.99 per order up to 25kg*
We are happy to offer Next Day Delivery providing your order is received before 2pm. Next Day Delivery includes UK Mainland and Scottish Lowlands only. Orders placed over a weekend on a Next Day service will be processed on the following Monday.
Royal Mail Delivery - £2.99 (Second Class 3-5 working days), £3.99 (First Class Next Day)
Orders weighing less than 1kg will be sent via Royal Mail packet post. If eligible this rate will be applied automatically at the checkout.
Scottish Highlands & Islands next day service can take between 2 - 7 days to deliver by courier.
Please note that our courier only delivers Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon delivery. Orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday or on a Friday will be delivered Monday if they are Next Day. We can arrange for Saturday delivery but this will attract a surcharge of £15 per consignment. Delivery will be made at the address specified by you at the time of ordering. Our courier does not deliver on Bank Holidays so delivery will take place on the first working day after the bank holiday.
Delivery Notes - You can specify additional delivery instructions in the Delivery Notes box. However if you choose to have the parcel left without your signature it is entirely at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any losses that may occur.
