description:

Baileys No 17 Top Line Conditioning Mix Horse Feed is a non-heating conditioning performance feed for promoting weight gain, muscle tone and top line condition. The non-heating mix is free from whole oats and is formulated from micronised cereals making the starch content more digestible. Coat condition and slow release energy is provided in the form of soya and linseed oil which deliver a balance of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, supported by antioxidants.. Yea Sacc1026 yeast culture is also included to stimulate fibre-digesting bacteria and promote gut efficiency, of particular benefit when gut health may have been compromised or at times of stress. Concentrated formulation means it doesn’t have to be fed by the bucket full to get results.

FEEDING ADVICE

Top Line Conditioning Mix (or Cubes) will be more efficient promoters of weight gain than adding straights to a low energy mix.
Ideal fed on its own, although chaff and/or sugar beet can be added if desired.
Full feeding recommendations are on the reverse of the sack.

Baileys Profile:
In this modern world of big multi national corporations, Baileys Horse Feeds remains quite unique in being family owned and run since its inception in 1982.   Their nutrition team, led by Liz Bulbrook BSc (Hons), constantly review the latest scientific research, into feed technology and equine nutrition, and apply relevant developments to their product range All the ingredients they use are chosen because they believe they are the best for the horse, many are sourced locally and all are carefully selected for their quality and suitability. This, along with their meticulous production techniques, means that a bag of Baileys really is different from a bag of feed from another manufacturer; the digestibility is outstanding, so your horse gets more per scoop, with a balance of nutrients that means a Baileys-fed horse stands out with a glossy coat and superb muscle tone.
Baileys are included on the Soil Association’s list of recognised manufacturers of non-GM horse feeds as all products are manufactured using raw materials sourced from non-genetically modified crops which are bought as “Identity Preserved”. This means that they have been produced from non-GM crops and are subject to a rigorous documented audit trail to ensure traceability
