My horse had terrible feet when we bought her. We thought one of the cracks would never go as did the farrier as it started at the coronet band. My farrier is old fashioned and didn't really belive that feeding a supplement would improve the hoof quality that much. Neverthless I decided I had to try something. After feeding farriers formula and biotin with no success I was ready to give up with the supplements and hope that regular trims would do the trick. Well I saw this on the shelf at the local feed store and thought what the heck lets give it a go, it was cheaper than farriers formula and was endorsed. After the first month we noticed that her hooves where ready for a trim when we had only been having them done every 8 weeks because the growth was so slow, too my shock the farrier said that the hoof wall seemed in better condition but I said nothing about the supplement... we booked in for 6 weeks time... we had to get the farrier out after 5 weeks as the hoof was ready for a trim again... My farrier was amazed at how quickly and well they had grown this time so I decided to tell him... he then did a little remedial work on the badly craked hoof and 6 months later... its GONE!!! Her coat is shiny and her mane and tail look fabulous... I highly reccoment trying this if you have reached desperation point as I had!
