description:

Megazorb Bedding is a horse and general animal bedding made from virgin wood pulp.  It is ultra absorbent, 10 x more absorbent than straw and 4 x more absorbent than shavings.  Being dried at 500ºC Megazorb is dust-free and sterile as mould, spores and bacteria are destroyed.  Megazorb absorbs odours, its biodegradable therefore environmentally friendly.  Megazorb bedding is economical as once the bed is down there is little upkeep and is ideal for rubber matting. Megazorb comes in an 85 litre bag.

Northern Crop Driers Profile:
Established in 1975 Northern Crop Driers are one of the leading manufacturers of dried grass based horse feeds and are still a family run business. Northern Crop Driers also produce Megazorb.

Megazorb is produced when wet wood pulp is fed into a high temperature drier and when dried the product is blown through a series of pipes, and moved from the drier building to the storage shed. During the production process Megazorb has dust removed at two separate stages before being put into 85 litre weatherproof bags.

This is a brilliant product - I use it for my several guinea pigs and I would now never go back to wood shavings, which smell after only a day or two and manage to stick everywhere! Megazorb is virtually dust free, soft, and keeps smells at bay for longer - the perfect bedding! my guinea pigs are much happier on it too.

This is the most fantastic thing I've ever come across for rabbit litter trays. I've got four house rabbits, and I have been using Megazorb for them for about 8 years, and I would never use anything else. It's good value, absorbent, and you can just compost it afterwards if you like!
