Returns Policy

At Farmway-Online we are committed to giving you the best possible service, quality and value.

In the event of you not requiring your purchase from Farmway-Online, then we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to Farmway-Online unused and in a resaleable condition. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.

All returns must be notified to Farmway-Online within 14 days of delivery of the product.

You will need to pay for the return of the item back to Farmway Online.

Please ensure the item you are returning is well packaged as transit damages will be the customers responsibility (unless the item being returned is already faulty/damaged). Be sure to include your original packing slip with details of your order so that we can process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
