Farmway Goat Mix 20kg Goat Feed is a complementary coarse mix for goats (including angora and pygmy) suitable for all stages of life when concentrates are required, to be fed in conjunction with forage. Farmway Goat Mix uses traditional ingredients of a non-GM nature and from local farms where possible. It has high levels of Vitamin E and Se which have been shown to improve kid survival at birth and selected quality protein to support milk yield and quality.
The diet also contains Vitamin B1 to help support energy utilization when concentrate is fed; B12 is supplemented to ensure adequate supply when high level of concentrate is fed. Manufactured to a fixed recipe in a dedicated, drug free ISO9001:2008/UFAS registered mill

May be fed whenever forage or other foods are unable to supply sufficient energy or protein to meet the needs of the goat. Must be fed in conjunction with free-choice forage (fresh or conserved). Always ensure that clean fresh drinking water is available at all times. Store in a cool dry place and fold down the top of the bag when not in use.
Note on Copper
The copper requirement of goats is frequently questioned. The best information today indicates goats require levels of copper similar to cattle requirements. Angora and Pygmy breeds have been reported to be sensitive to copper supplementation, so to render this diet suitable there is no added copper. For other goats it is suggested that a free-choice mineral supplement is offered.
